Welcome to Misty Harbor Barefoot Beach Resort, nestled on the shores of beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford, New Hampshire. Whether you’re here to relax or explore the great outdoors, Misty Harbor offers year-round fun for the entire family!

Our resort features a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor pool, lighted tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, and direct beach access for swimming and water activities. Guests are welcome to borrow sports equipment from the front desk during their stay.

The beach and pool areas are outfitted with picnic tables, lounge chairs, and charcoal BBQ grills—perfect for a casual meal or a day in the sun. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the resort lobby and units!

The area surrounding Misty Harbor is known for its stunning fall foliage and abundant year-round attractions. Just a short drive away, you’ll find tax-free outlet shopping in Tilton, family-friendly water parks, miniature golf, and the iconic Weirs Beach. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a variety of nearby courses, while nature lovers will appreciate the miles of scenic hiking and biking trails.

Catch a live show just steps away at the Bank of NH Pavilion, or spend the day on the water—boating, sailing, and water sports are all easily accessible from nearby public boat launches. In the winter months, Gunstock Ski Area is only five minutes up the road, offering downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. Snowmobilers will find easy access to miles of groomed trails nearby.

Our lakefront beach area provides breathtaking views and the perfect backdrop for any season.

Please note: A parking policy is in place for the convenience of our Misty Harbor Resort owners, guests, and staff. Each unit is guaranteed one parking space. Limited overflow parking is available but not guaranteed.
